Last week’s Strava club saw some very impressive distance and gain stats.
Vietnam’s own Kien Nguyen ran the most KMs with 194.2km, while in Hong Kong Leo Hui conquered the equivalent of Mount Everest with 8,857m of vertical. Veteran of Vietnam Trail Series events, Trung Nguyen clocked over 7000m thanks to his UTMB series race.
In terms of running time Ray Neil Caminong spent almost two of the last seven days running with almost 47 hours in their running shoes.
