VUM 5KM
Course description
This beautiful and relatively flat 5km route is ideal for families and newbies, offering a chance to explore Mai Chau’s beautiful landscapes and local culture together.
Soon after the start in Lac village, you will run through beautiful rice paddies. The course then heads onto a small, rocky trail which is a good introduction to technical trails. You will then join up with the longer ditsnace runners for a section. Then you pass through another small, pretty village with traditional stilt houses. Your route finishes in the heart of the Lac village, where you can enjoy the music, fire, food and the good trail vibes our races are famous for.

IMPORTANT!
RACE BIBS
You must race with your own race bib. If you run with another person’s bib and you have not formally transferred that bib with the organiser, you will be disqualified and the organiser is not responsible for you on the course.
If you run with another person’s bib you endanger yourself and others as the organiser will not have your medical records, or your emergency contact.

Age Restriction: Entrants must be at least 6 years old on the race date. For 5km entrants under 16 years old, parents/guardians must sign the consent form for race pack collection. Race entrants under 16 must run along with the guardian.

01 bag/runner. Hand in/Pick up at the START/FINISH.
Please prepare your own bag. Bags must be sealed/closed. Do not include valuables – the organiser cannot be held responsible for any loss. BRING your luggage tag (given at the race pack collection), we will staple it for you.
