On behalf of VMM runners yesterday Topas Travel and Newborns Vietnam presented oxygen saturation units to the Obstetrics and Newborn Unit at Lao Cai hospital.
Newborns Vietnam is currently providing neonatal training in North Vietnam via the National Children’s Hospital. Topas proudly supports this sustainable, capacity building program.
This follows the neonatal training program Newborns Vietnam has run in Danang which has drastically reduced newborn mortality and raised care standards.
We now look forward with confidence and optimism to the future for newborn care in Lao Cai together with Newborns Vietnam. We would like to send our thanks once again to VMM runners who have helped.
