Transfer to another runner: If you cannot attend this date, your slot can be transferred to another runner at no charge (we will waive the usual $20 charge for this). 

To transfer the slot to another runner, please advise new runner’s registration details using this form (download HERE) and email us at info@vietnamtrailmarathon.com . 

Please be aware that the bib will have your name on it and the t-shirt size will be the size you ordered. 
Other registration details of the new runner will be officially updated.

Transfer to another race: No transfer to another race is possible. 

(The situation with VTM being postponed was not the same as other races we have had to delay. VTM 2021 race was postponed just 1 day ahead of the event – everything was set up, everything was purchased, and the event crew was already in Moc Chau working and ready for the event.)

Race pack requests: If you do not wish to join the new date or transfer your slot, you can request your race pack (T shirts, Medal, Bib). Please email us at info@vietnamtrailmarathon.com with your mailing address (Bib number – Full name – Address – Mobile number) and we will send you your race kit after race day.

3 Day Packages: If you booked a 3 day package, you will receive a separate email regarding those arrangements.
