VMM 2021: SPECIAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS Q & A
We are sorry to announce Vietnam Mountain Marathon 2021 cannot take place in November nor on any date this year.
Your entry (and package, if any) will automatically be transferred to the next race date which is to be announced. If you already deferred to VMM 2022 (9-11/09/2022), no further action is required.
1. Why is VMM 2021 not taking place in November?
Due to the covid-19 situation in Vietnam.
2. When is the new date?
To be announced, but not in 2021.

3. Are refunds available?
We will extend the 50% refund policy to one month (30 days) before the new date, which is 9-11/09/2022.
Note: “For total payment less than VND 2,300,000 (~USD 100), you can get a full refund of the total payment minus VND 1,150,000 (~USD 50) administration fee.”
The full refund period for VMM 2021 has passed. This will remain in effect – no full refunds can be given.

We will however now allow registrations (including packages) to be transferred to another runner for the new date, free of charge.
4. Can I transfer my slot for the new race date to someone else?
Yes, you can do so, free of charge for the first transfer. Packages can also be transferred. The last date to do this is one month (30 days) before race day: 9-11/09/2022

5. Can I transfer my slot another race (besides VMM) organized by Topas in 2022?
We are sorry, entries cannot be transferred to other Vietnam Trail Series races.
