Title: Marketing Executive – Topas

The role is based in Hanoi as part of a lean, specialized team, with ample opportunity to travel, learn and grow. 

JOB BRIEF 

We are looking for a passionate Marketing Executive to collaborate with our marketing team in creating and executing targeted marketing campaigns to enhance our brand’s visibility and competitive edge. 

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES 

1. Social Media 

• Manage day-to-day activities of selected social media channels, including posting, managing engagement and replies
• Produce content, including editing short reels  
• Translation of content (Vietnamese – English)  
• Assist in managing the brand reputation and image online by monitoring reviews and comments 
• Expand and develop media channels to maximize reach and engagement, ensuring continuous growth and improvement in alignment with strategic goals
• Manage our stock of high-quality images and video (photography and videography skills are a PLUS)  

2. Newsletters & Website 

• Update the websites  
• Set up monthly newsletters (bilingual in English and Vietnamese) 
• Generation of ideas for new content for Newsletters & blog posts. 
• Work closely with other departments: Sales, Operations and IT to ensure content consistency and effectiveness in promoting brand image 

3. Design  

• Utilize design software (InDesign preferred) to produce graphic collaterals  

4. Others 

• Document and organize all media clippings, brochures, collaterals, contracts and other reports of the Marketing Department 
• Update Proposal, Media Pitch per assignment 
• Schedule & set up regular meetings for the Marketing Department 
• Assist in retaining relationships with Media Partners, Partners and Friends of Brand

REQUIREMENTS 

• Bachelor’s degree (desirable fields: marketing, communications, advertising, business management, or a related field. 
• Minimum of 2-years work experience and 1 year working in the related field.  
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, both in Vietnamese and English.  
• Proactiveness, attention to details and a can-do attitude 
• Willingness to learn and work with teams.  
• Proficiency in utilizing content creation and editing tools, including but not limited to Adobe, InDesign, CapCut, or equivalent tools, to produce high-quality materials.  
• Ability to work as a positive member of a small, friendly team
