Up to now, VTM has allocated VND1.1 billion (USD45,000) of the race’s charity fund to the work of Newborns Vietnam in Moc Chau and Son La. As part of this commitment, the Neonatal unit team of Thao Nguyen General Hospital and Moc Chau District General Hospital were pleased to receive a CPAP Ventilator and a Beluga Resuscitator. This equipment will help to enhance the outcomes of babies being cared for at the hospitals and contribute to improve the safer transfer to the higher level hospitals.
Newborns Vietnam is a charity that works to raise the life chances for critically ill newborn babies. At Topas we have supported this charity via Vietnam Trail Series since 2016.
