Have you been actively training for VMM and preparing for the taper phase? Have you bought or are currently in the process of shopping for VMM gear but unsure if they’re suitable for you? Join the event VMM: Gear Up by Zenone at Dinh Mountain to test out equipment, accessories, and nutrition plans for the race. Together with Zenone and trainers from Kilomet, we will help you prepare best for VMM.
Date: Sunday, September 10th from 4:30 AM to 5 PM
Program:
- 4:30 AM: Departure from Sala
- 6 AM: Gear preparation
- 6:30 AM: Warm-up and sharing session by Zenone
- 7:15 AM: Departure with Kilomet trainers, everyone will go together to test out equipment and nutrition plans
- 9:30 AM: Easy run until 11:30 AM
- 11:30 AM-12:30 PM: Lunch
- 12:30 PM – 2:30 PM: Sharing session by Kilomet
- 3 PM: End of event and return to Saigon
Price: 500,000 VND per person, including bus transportation, lunch, fruits and water, guidance from Kilomet coaches
Note: Due to limited spots, the event is only open to VMM participants at any distance. By registering for the event, you agree to follow the guidance of the coaches and adhere to the program. For those who wish to go to Dinh Mountain for self-training, you can purchase shuttle tickets from specialized bus service providers.
