The New VMM 10k
Our 10km course has been updated for 2023. It’s a bit less tough than the 2022 course, but it is still a challenge, especially for new mountain runners!
It’s also more beautiful this year. The 2 key differences are down in the valley, where you’ll find more trail, plus the route back up to Sapa, which is a bit easier for you this time around!

21k Start Update
The 21k route was very popular last year, so we’ve kept it and simply added on a small loop in Sapa town right after the start. This means the new course is closer to 23km in length.
We expect this distance to sell out soon, so if you want to join all the finishers at Topas Ecolodge for the nation’s highest finish line feeling, book your spot soon!
