GARMIN – OFFICIAL GPS SMARTWATCH PARTNER OF VIETNAM MOUNTAIN MARATHON 2026
We are delighted to announce Garmin Vietnam as the Official GPS Smartwatch Partner of Vietnam Mountain Marathon 2026.
Vietnam Mountain Marathon is one of Vietnam’s longest-running and most anticipated trail races, bringing thousands of runners together in Sapa to challenge themselves on rugged mountain trails. This year, the journey will have a familiar companion for the running community – Garmin, a pioneer in GPS technology and sports wearables, built for those who keep moving, exploring and pushing their limits.
With more than 30 years of experience developing GPS technology, Garmin continues to create solutions that help athletes better understand their bodies, performance and individual journeys. From training sessions leading up to race day to every kilometre on the trail, Garmin data helps runners train smarter, manage their effort and take on their goals with confidence.
For VMM 2026, Garmin brings the fēnix 9 Series – the latest generation of premium GPS smartwatches, designed to be ready for the biggest challenges. Featuring a durable yet lightweight titanium bezel, up to 57 days of Solar battery life, and a smoother mapping experience, the fēnix 9 Pro is ready to accompany runners on long-distance adventures. Familiar tools such as ClimbPro and Up Ahead also help athletes stay ahead of the terrain, keep track of what lies ahead and manage their effort throughout the race.
Most excitingly, the fēnix 9 Series will officially go on sale in Vietnam from 17 September 2026. Visit the Garmin booth at VMM 2026 to be among the first to experience and get your hands on the new generation of fēnix.
With Garmin and VMM 2026, run farther, climb higher and push beyond your own limits.
See you on the trails of Sapa! 🏔️
