Last month Vietnam Trail Marathon (VTM) and So Sinh Vietnam once again partnered at Moc Chau General Hospital, strengthening neonatal care, building on the previous years of partnership and support.

With the scholarships provided by So Sinh Vietnam from VTM’s runners, Dr Phạm Hồng Tươi, Head of the Neonatal Unit, completed the European Resuscitation Council (ERC) Newborn Life Support Instructor Course.
She now trains doctors, nurses, and midwives in newborn resuscitation using hands-on simulation with manikins – building confidence and critical decision-making skills.
To ensure this training is sustainable, and to support Moc Chau General Hospital to deliver refresher training, we were delighted to present the hospital with two training manikins.
This is just one part of the on-going work in Moc Chau funded by VTM.
A day of building local capacity – so that together, we can save more babies’ lives.
